Procedure

Prepare phase C color grind using roller mill (melt Ganex WP-660; add to color mix before milling). Melt phase A ingredients. Heat to 90-95°C; mix until uniform. Cool batch to 82-85°C. Add phase B; mix until uniform. Add phase C color grind; mix approximately 30 minutes. Add phase D ingredients; avoid aerating batch; mix until uniform. Pour samples at 82-85°C.
